Probably our favourite hop pairing, we loaded this hazy delight with a king’s ransom of Mosaic & Simcoe hops, yielding lovely notes of bright juicy tangerine, citrus, and pine aromas. Mosaic to the whirlpool and double dry-hopped with some more Mosaic and Simcoe, Insideout is silky, with a smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness, and finishes slightly sweet.
