Packaged at an impressive 10.1% ABV, this brew was aged in Blackwater Peated Cherry Brandy and Rye Potstill barrels and blended. Expect a complex spicy aroma with notes of whiskey and pear and a white wine-like body that is both sweet and dry. The palate is malty with hints of clove and cider, finishing with a warm whiskey note. Infused with pear juice and elderflower. A big brew you don’t want to miss!
