Our Birthday Beer, brewed in conjunction with Crosby Hops and Loughran Brewing Stores, this Extra Pale IPA is a celebration of our 9 years of making beer in Sligo. Courtesy of Crosby Hops Amarillo, Cashmere and Idaho 7 hops, you can expect enticing aromas of ripe peach & orangey citrus, giving way to gentle floral notes, with a hint of coconut and pine. The use of their CGX cryogenic lupulin pellets in the dry hop gives this beer real pop! Subtle malts, unmalted oats and a balance bitterness lead you to a smooth, clean & refreshing finish. The beer has a distinctly pale and hazy appearance, and leaves us with a crisp and crushable brew!
