We want you to love your Beer Buffs purchase, so if anything is not quite as you had hoped for we are happy to offer you a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

What you need to include:

• Name
• Order Number
• Telephone Number
• List of Returned Items
• Reason for returning

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original payment method.

Orders placed on Gift Cards will be credited on to the same Gift Card

Please Note:

• The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of the order is the customers responsibility. We would always advise to use some form of tracked service and to obtain a proof of postage until the refund notification is sent for your confirmation
• Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
• Beer Buffs does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
• Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Beer Buffs.
• Refunds will only be reimbursed to the payment method used to purchase the goods with.
• Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
• Beer Buffs does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

Faulty items

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty. Only manufacturing faults or out of date stock will be considered.
