Description

This will be our final new release for this year and what a beer it is! 13 months in the making, we filled ex bourbon casks with a big chunky imperial stout and tucked it away to do its thing. We added freshly ground coffee beans and a generous dose of vanilla pods to the barrels just before packaging. The results are a beer loaded with flavour. Notes of coffee, bitter chocolate, molasses and fudge with that unmistakable bourbon whiskey cask shining through from the barrel aging process.
