Pale ale hopped solely with the Bruce Hop Blend from Sunrise Valley in New Zealand. Aroma and flavours of fresh gooseberry, citrus peel, ripe tropical fruit and orange blossom. Legendary hop farmer Bruce Eggers still lives in sight of his old farm where this homage hop blend is grown. Bruce farmed this property for over 50 years – naming this hop blend after him was a nice token on his well earned retirement.
